WHAT ARE YOUR POSTAGE CHARGES?

Australia:

We offer flat rate shipping of $13.50 for standard post or $17.50 for express post.

USA:

Shipping is a flat rate of just USD $10 with a delivery time of 7-10 days. 

We are able to offer affordable shipping to the US as every day we ship customer orders from Australia to our USA warehouse via DHL Express. Once the warehouse receives your order, it will be immediately dispatched via USPS. This process means there is a several day delay in tracking information being updated, but rest assured your order will be with you in around 7-10 days from placement to delivery. 

Rest of the world:

We offer $30 flat rate shipping with Australia Post Express. Shipping times range from 7-12 days.

Payment of any duties or taxes imposed by the customs department (or similar) in your country is your responsibility. Please note that for the UK / Europe we do not collect VAT, and this may be payable to customs at up to 15% of your order value, dependent on the value of your order and the country you are in.

HOW QUICKLY DO YOU DISPATCH?

We try our best to dispatch within 24 - 48 hours Monday to Friday. However during peak sales periods we ask that you allow up 10 10 days for dispatch due to high sales volumes.
