WHAT ARE YOUR POSTAGE CHARGES?

Australia:

We offer live shipping rates for standard and express post via either Australia Post or TNT (weight dependent). Shipping rates will show on the checkout page.

USA:

Shipping is a flat rate of just USD $10 (AUD $13) with a delivery time of 7-10 days. 

We are able to offer affordable shipping to the US as every day we ship customer orders from Australia to our USA warehouse via DHL Express. Once the warehouse receives your order, it will be immediately dispatched via USPS. This process means there is a several day delay in tracking information being updated, but rest assured your order will be with you in around 7-10 days from placement to delivery. 

Rest of the world:

We offer live shipping rates for both Australia Post international express, and TNT. Shipping rates and delivery times will show in the checkout page.

Payment of any duties or taxes imposed by the customs department (or similar) in your country is your responsibility. Please note that for the UK / Europe we do not collect VAT, and this may be payable to customs at up to 15% of your order value, dependent on the value of your order and the country you are in.

HOW QUICKLY DO YOU DISPATCH?

We try our best to dispatch within 24 - 48 hours Monday to Friday. This timeframe will be longer during peak sales periods.
